The Reed, named in honor of Ms. Essie Mae Reed, is a senior living center. It will consist of 158 one and two bedroom apartments and many amenities. The building is designed to US Green Building/LEED Silver Standards, with energy-star appliances and energy-efficient lighting, as well as storm windows and doors.
