Fourth District Court of Appeal Decision Favoring Our Client

scales2February 12, 2015 – David Tong and Tracy Evans, representing a financial institution, prevailed at trial in a contested foreclosure case in Indian River County, involving claims that the dismissal of a prior foreclosure case precluded a subsequent foreclosure. The defendants appealed the final judgment to the Fourth District Court of Appeal which issued its decision on February 12, 2015, affirming the entry of final judgment in favor of our client.

Second District Court of Appeal Decision Favor Our Client

January 29, 2015 – David Tong and Tabitha Etlinger obtained a final judgment of foreclosure in favor of our client, a financial institution, following a contested trial in Hillsborough County. The defendant appealed the decision, and Mr. Tong and Tracy Evans prepared and filed the answer brief in the appeal. On January 29, 2015, the Second District Court of Appeal issued its decision affirming the entry of a final judgment of foreclosure in favor of our client. The defendant did not seek rehearing of the decision.
